Brad Worsley has served as the acting President of Novo Power since August 1, 2013. Prior to joining Novo Power, Mr. Worsley worked as a Commodity Manager at Intel from May 2009 to July 2013. Mr. Worsley's main responsibility at Intel was to negotiate mutli-year corporate contracts with capital equipment suppliers and assure adherence to said contracts. Mr. Worsley managed annual capital spends exceeding $20M/year. During these years, Intel went from unranked to 5th on Gartner's Top 25 Supply Chains. From August 2007 to April of 2009 Mr. Worsley attended Michigan State University where he was awarded an MBA in Supply Chain Management. The Supply Chain MBA at MSU was ranked 2nd in the country during this time. Mr. Worsley graduated as one of the top students of his class in performance and GPA. While at MSU, Mr. Worsley spent a 3 month internship at Johnson & Johnson managing supplier assessments for a subsidiary company of J&J, Nuetrogena. From October 2005 to August 2007 Mr. Worsley served as the General Manager of Renegy Holdings LLC. During this time Mr. Worsley significantly increased the productivity of the company and learned critical trade practices that are invaluable in his current role as President of Novo Power. In 2005 Mr. Worsley was in training at Walmart as a Logistics Load Manager. Prior to joining Walmart Mr. Worsley received his bachelors degree from Brigham Young University in Business Management with an emphasis in Supply Chain Management. Mr. Worsley has focused his career on learning world class supply chain practices by graduating from one of the top supply chain Universities and working for three of Gartner's Top 25 Supply Chain companies. Mr. Worsley is also a certified Six Sigma green belt.
Brandon joined Novo Power, LLC in September 2014. Prior to joining Novo Power, Brandon worked as an Account Executive for Artex Risk Solutions, Inc. from January 2013 until August 2014. Artex provides a full spectrum of risk management alternatives to the business world. The Mesa office where Brandon worked concentrated mainly on the formation and management of small captive insurance companies. Brandon was a supervisor of 4-5 captive managers who in turn would manage between 15 and 30 captive insurance companies. Prior to Artex, Brandon worked as a Business Analyst/Assistant Controller for Catalyst Paper (Snowflake), Inc., the paper mill formerly located next to the Novo Power biomass plant, from November 2005 until January 2013 when the plant was closed. Prior to the paper mill, Brandon worked in the public accounting field for two CPA firms in Mesa and Phoenix doing both individual and corporate tax and audit functions. Brandon is a CPA – Certified in the state of Arizona since 2005.
